NAS keeps disappearing from Home bar

I have a Synology NAS which is configured as a DLNA media server. Both of my Samsung TVs detect the NAS as a valid source and allow me to add the NAS to the Home bar alongside my other apps and sources.

However, the NAS keeps disappearing from the Home bars on both TVs. Why won't it remain?

@spbonzo: Please can you confirm the model number of both TVs? This can be found on the sticker on the back of devices, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.

I have the same exact problem on an S95B with 14.20 and the latest 14.30 firmware too.
