Why
I keep getting this message when trying to watch something on my5 on smart hub.it won't play all4 either but I can still watch things on itv player YouTube ect can anyone help please

Sit down for this... Two days ago we got My5 (online) on the 22" Samsung (UE22H5600) for the first time since October 2017. Great news if it continues. However it still does not work on our 37" model (UE37ES6300), nor does BBC iPlayer. However, BBC have posted that they are aware of the problem and will be issueing an up-date "early 2020". We did nothing apart from turning the TV on and trying it for the nth time. Seems like an up-date has been issued on the QT.
