My5 app issue

[Having finally sorted the Iplayer app and rest all the accounts!!]

 

My5 is a problem [but not on a device or NOW Tv]

All the programmes I keep trying [then randomly] I get the error code:-

oops the programme you requested is not available now. Please try later.

 

Gone on for 8 hours now.

 

PS Done all the usual resets. updates reinstalling switching off. Searches online and posts on the My5 help site.

I do not mind if it is me. It is just the waste of so many evenings lately resetiing my TV  [UE 40 H 7000 STXXX]

Accidentally came across a suggestion from Samsung support engineering update on a search all relating to a specific sequence of switching off power on mains without switching off TV etc etc so many seconds then on the on normally.

WORKED
