Hi @DaisyandTed. Is this still happening? If so, have you completely unplugged the TV, disconnected all devices from it, and then reconnected and turned back on after about 10 minutes?

Thank you for your suggestion.  Nothing seems to be working though.   I spoke to someone on Samsung chat yesterday - they think it might be the motherboard.  I have an engineer coming out to look at it
