Hi, may i know why I cant update my samsung tv and i even cant access to sign in. It shown that i need to update the software and I alreadly but unfortunately it show that “There no more version for you at moment to update”. I dont know what happen.. can u help me?🙏🏻 btw my current update is 1234…

The message on your TV says there aren't any updates available. I'm confused

Hi @Nurul Adrina It would help if you named the model, possibly a later firmware is available for download to USB via the Samsung Support site. You would need to enter model number here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
