Hello,

yesterday I was able to use my Samsung 7 Series (75) smart tv remote to watch Netflix and Disney plus, today it doesn’t work at all. I am unable to turn on the tv, change the channel or use the remote at all. I have tried replacing the batteries and unplugging the tv. Once I unplugged the tv and turned it back on, the tv switched to cable on its own and now I can use the cable remote to change the channels, but still cannot use the smart tv remote or features!

 

please help!

You will need to link ur smart TV remote to ur TV.

How do I do this? None of the buttons are registering to the tv when I click them nothing happens

Hold the remote about 10" from the TV and press "back" button and "play/pause" button for 3 seconds. You should see on the screen that the remote is pairing 🤞
