I recently had gotten the new Virgin Media Hub 5, everything had worked perfectly fine until yesterday where the tv had disconnected from the router. After a bunch of trial and error I was able to get it connected until this morning where it has been disconnected again - now I can't get the tv to connect anymore! (I know its a tv problem and not a router problem because every other device works fine)
List of things i've done :
Factory reset tv
Network reset tv
The classic unplugging the tv and plugging it back in
Resetting router
Manually put ip settings from the information i got off my router
Reentered my wifi password
Updating the software of my tv
Changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
and probably more that i cant think of
Please help im begging!
