I’ve connected the Ariel into the back of the tv and tried the auto tuning for digital and analogue signals but no channels can be found apart from Samsung channels. Anyone experienced this?
@Jt14 We have a few questions for you to help you get this working-
1) Is the aerial securely connected to the TV and the TV aerial socket?
2) If possible, have you tried an alternative TV aerial cable?
3) Is there any damage to the cables or the TV and the connection ports?
4) Finally, please confirm the full model number for your TV if you need further help.
Sorry with the late reply I thought I would get an email but it’s gone into my junk folder. The issue has been resolved it was a signal fault not the tv! Thanks
