Hello, I've been searching for a solution for a while, but I couldn't find any. So, I decided to ask this community. I own a Samsung UHD Smart LED TV (Samsung 65AU7000). However, when I want to watch 4k 60 fps videos taken from my Samsung galaxy s21 phone on my television via HDD, the image is frozen but the sound comes from the back. I struggled a lot to solve it. I tried the solution to convert videos but it didn't work. I still don't know what to do. Can you please help me?
