No you can't do it from the tele itself Samsung sham advert. You can do it if your images are exactly in correct format from the smart things ap on your Samsung smartphone. Don't use high deff pictures though as the app strugles.

Hi, the ads for the Frame show bevel-cut mounts two or three images at the same time when in art mode, as in the attached, but I can't find instructions how to do so?

thanks

@Andyfo2: While in Art Mode, go to My Collection > Photos > Select a photo > Edit Matte. Are you able to select the Matte Layout from here?

Thanks :smiling-face:
I had begun to suspect that it wasn't as simple, or as 'Smart', as the publicity suggested.

Strange that the system does not let me like your coment, maybe the truth hurts! Yes you must use the app to do it and the size of pictures must be correct.

Hi @Mitrekab thanks for the reply above, I was trying forever yesterday to get this to work but kept getting an error. Would do indiviual ones of the same I was trying to mount into 3, but not 3 at once.

Do you by any chance know what the size of the pictures need to be? Was trying to crop each one then mount again but still get the same error.

@Members_NaPf9G9 - I am experiencing the exact scenario as well. Samsung documentation is unclear and I have tried several dimensions on a landscape AND portrait orientation image (uploading via SmartThings). Both ‘squares’ and ‘triptych’ options have the same outcome:

This feature use to work last month with any photos. I have examples where I've uploaded and cropped them in Smartthings like your screenshots show above (no need to change photos before). I am able to upload 1 but 2 of more in a collage and I get an error everytime. I've been trying for about 3 weeks now as I regularly upload to my frame.

There was even an option recently to put a 3 frame mount on one photo too which I thought was cool but never used it before it disappeared.

I've been trying to contact support to find out why when I try upload a 2 or 3 mount collage it fails but no luck! I've been told it's not possible and when I showed them the screenshots of ones I've done up until last month, told to delete and reinstall the app, check I'm using the same WiFi. The customer service is horrible and no one has a clue of its functionality or this problem. They seem to keep missing the fact that 1 photo uploads are working and giving me irrelevant resolutions.

It's driving me mad!!!
