Hi, I have a mu6400 and this started to happen today . Does anyone known what could be wrong with it, if I turn the tv off then back on its ok, but after it’s been on for a short time it starts again,,

the tv is 8 month old.

thanks, Steve

Have you reported this to your retailer as a fault as they are responsible. Then Samsung support as they normally deal with warranty issues.

Hey @Steve77

Alongside what @paul1277 suggested, I'd recommend doing a picture test on your TV:

Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

Does the fault still appear?

:smiling-face:

Say "hello!" and

Introduce Yourself, or virtually hangout in the Samsung Lounge

Hi , I will ring the retailer today.  Yes I have done the self diagnosis and that tested ok. I will see if it happens today because for now the picture seems fine.

Thanks,, Steve

It still a good idea to report it to your retailer so if it happens again you can say it was an existing fault.
