When there is movement in front of my TV (like me shifting my position or getting up) the image and sound drops out for a couple of seconds. I can reproduce this consistently with multiple sources across all HDMI ports. It does not happen when I'm using the TV's internal apps.
The cables are firmly connected and ambient light detection is turned off so the One Connect box seems to be the likely culprit. I just find it really strange. Any idea what could be causing it?
