Hi, so DPD are collecting my monitor for repair tomorrow, I have been told that "The courier will arrive with a suitable box and internal packaging" but have also been told that its my responsibility to ensure packaging is adequate. Also its a curved monitor but the instructions i have been sent are for a flat screen so if that is the same packaging dpd provide it might not protect the entire montior. Just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this and can let me know what happened when they sent a tv/monitor in for repair which was collected?
