Hello,
I have provided the Samsung Smart TV Model Number above. I need assistance in connecting to my wireless network. Other electronics in my household are able to be connected to my wireless network except my Smart tv series 6.

Thank you. I called Samsung group customer service at 1(800) 726-7864. They walked me through the steps to solve the TV glitch.
