I just reset the SmartHub and this is what happened. Please advise. This is AU8000.

That's strange, @AnnaCruz! Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > About Your TV.

Thanks for that. We can see from the model code that your TV is not a EU model. Could you tell us where you're based please?

@ChrisM I bought at a local store here in the Philippines. I tried to reset the whole thing or even just the SmartHub and every time I can’t get past this screen.

The model code indicates that the TV was manufactured for the Asia and Middle East market. You've come through to Samsung UK here, so unfortunately, we'd be unable to help further with this. You can contact your own region by following the link here.
