I've got a new UE32T5300AK in the kitchen and it won't pick up a block of HD channels (BBC4 HD (106) to Quest HD (114)). They are listed in the guide but have a small 'D' with a line through it next to each channel. I have reset back to factory and started again and also tried tuning with no aerial connected and then retuning with it connected with no luck. The signal and quality drop to 0% for these channels when running the diagnostics but is 100% for all other channels. All other TV's on this aerial work fine and have all channels available. Software is up to date. Thanks.
