@ShannonB90, Hello, try the following :Access Settings / Applications and itches in the area marked in the screenshot I attach. Turn on Show system apps and accept. Look for the Smart View App and under Storage clear the cache and Data, restart and check again. Greeting

@ShannonB90, If the problem persists, reset your phone's network settings. You don't lose personal data, but you have to reconfigure wireless connections. To apply it, go to Settings /General Management /Reset /Reset Network Settings. Discuss whether you've been able to fix the problem. Greetings

@ShannonB90: If you tap the 3 dots in the top right corner while in Smart View, does it give you the option to view the TV on your phone? If not, do you have the TV and phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network, as I believe that the audio-only option is a Bluetooth feature.
