making a dinging noise

Hi there I have a samsung smart tv and ever time I'm playing with my boy and making a banging noise on the floor I get a notification sound go of I've turned everything on my phone of and even reset the TV. 

Please help doing my head in.

the tv is my house in my living room and it's when ever we bang on the wood floor in the front room or even drop a toy
