Appreciate that this is an old subject but really keen to get the thoughts of someone close to Samsung on this forum.
As we know Samsung only updated 2018 Qleds via a firmware download to allow Airplay 2.
i like many jumped straight in not long after Samsung released the Qled range, choosing Samsung over LG Oled. I bought a number of their TVs, one being by 55 inch. They are 2017 FAMs and cost me thousands.
Why are Samsung not looking after customers such as me? I feel extremely let down, unless there’s a good reason for not doing it? Qleds have only been out 3 years so why not give it to all loyal customers ho opted to buy these top of the range panels?
