Please have your mobile device:
Connect FIRST, then open BOSE CONNECT APP.
Connect SECOND, to the Samsung TV.
You will then have the ability to control the Volume via the speakers Application (on your mobile device)
SINCE Samsung have firmware locked the ability to have volume controlled via their remote on certain TV’s due to making you buy a Samsung sound bar.
