Lost Channels

Samsung TV 32 T5300 - Yesterday I lost channels 3 to 7, I retuned the TV yesterday and everything was OK. This morning everything was OK  and then this afternoon these channels disappeared again. It's not the ariel and all other channels are OK - HELP.
