Lost channels!

I have lost all my terrestrial channels on my series 7 TV. I have retuned it with the aerial in and also with the aerial out. Nothing seems to be working. It's like the channels don't exist. Can anyone please help?

Have you tried retuning the TV? Go to Menu > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning > Start.

No worries! Do you have any other TV in your household? If so, is the aerial working with this one?

I've just checked a TV in another room. Same thing with that, definitely an outside aerial issue. Thanks.
