Lost channel numbers on my Samsung Oled TVs tried factory reset on both Tvs

I edited out some channel numbers when it showed on TV these channels not available do you want to remove I pressed yes now for instance 27 is missing factory reset does not resolve issue any ideas.

@Lorne1: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > about This TV, and I will look into this further for you?

All sorted thanks had online support signal strength all has come back with adjusting Arial direction channel list back
