Looking for one connect box replacement for my tv model no: QE65Q9FNAL. Connect box model should be BN91-19870B with model code SOC1003N. 

 

Just need a replacement that’ll work. Don’t know how to find the exact models. Have found some with exact model code and number but the wattage seems to be different. I’d appreciate if someone could link to where I could buy the replacement.

Hello,

 

I am looking for a SAMSUNG ONE CONNECT SOC1000MA BN68-07104D-00 Unit. I’ve contacted Samsung and they don’t have one, neither do Amazon or eBay. Anyone have any suggestions? It’s for a 75” Samsung that came out in 2017.

every TV has its own One Connect box, in order to get this replaced you will need to get in contact with your nearest Support Centre: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/ so they can advise you further.
