Longer one connect cable for QN95A

Hello everyone,

I have just purchased a 2021 55QN95A. It came with a 2.5 meters cable for the one connect. I was wondering if a longer cable was available and could be purchased.

I too have purchased 2021 55QN95A in the UK.

The invisible One Connect Cable provided with the QN95A is now 0.6 cm thick [BN39-02688B] nor is it recognised as a marketing identifier in the Samsung Spares or google search as well as clearly no longer invisible and 2.5m length to the 5m still being offered for a range of tvs at 0.2 cm thick [BN39-02470A]. 

It is two weeks that the Support / Product Specialist to confirm the difference between the above cables and why has the cable halved from 5m ? 

I have installed the QN95A on a rotating bracket but would have liked to have hidden the invisible NOT One cable which can no longer be put inside the wall as the cable is too short compared to the expected length of 5m that I was told I would have received by Support Samsung has caused difficulties for me in my setup.

So much confusion on the length of the cable but agree with you the cable must be minimum 5m if we base it on the following advert:

I have the exact same requirement - did you ever find a way to get a longer cable? I can't believe this is an unusual request

Its rubbish as advertised as having a 10m lead. Samsung were selling a 5m for £299

Basically doing some research in 2018 the invisible one connect cable was 15m , it then went down to 10m, in 2020 went down to 5m and 2021 2.5m shorter than a standard HDMI ; I was advised by customer support and technical the cable would be 5m which has created problems to run the cable behind the wall because its too short .... this is misleading by Samsung by not documenting any details of the One Connect Box and the invisible one connect cable on Support forum, website and the technical support clueless ....

I have watched a video test of the new Neo Qled by a french youtuber. He said in his video a 10meters one connect cable could be purchased. I have not seen such thing on the website. I hope they plan to release it.

Hi I have raised two formal complaints to Samsung on misleading guidance between Customer and Technical support Services for the length of the one connect near-invisible cable that was to be supplied with the Neo Qled TV and I was specifically told that it would be 5m long but the support were not sure if it would be with the Slim/Standard Connect Box. I am still waiting for the Customer Solutions team to call me which had been organised by a Support Supervisor since last Saturday with non-stop chat online and Facebook messenger .... So i will keep you updated when Samsung to call back backed with the fact that :

1. No mention of the one connect invisible cable and Slim one connect Box dimensions and Specs respectivily on the e-manual, guides and most of all the Neo QLed Samsung website except it says 15m/10m One invisible Connection support is not available nor does it say the One invisible Connect Cable 2021 is 3x in thickness to 2020 model. 

Whilst waiting for Samsung to come back I have discovered that this following cable will be on the pipeline that will support Neo Qled TV with the Samsung VG-SOCA05/XC 5m One Near-Invisible Cable One Connect / One Near-Invisible cable for 2021 QN95A, QN800A and QN900A only. It will be 5m and 10m in length and strictly  for those who purchased the Neo Qled TV expecting to receive a 5m cable should be provided by Samsung at no cost as clearly the item is not documented by Samsung contrary.

I hope this information helps as I am extremely disappointed that a premium TV like the Neo Qled is provided with an extremely short cable shorter than a standard HDMI so the rest I leave to your imagination ...

Now I am stuck with not completing my installation to the fact that the cable is thicker, shorter approx 2.3m not what I was expecting by the guidance of Samsung.

Hi, I have the exact same problem having recently purchased QN95A TV only to find the supplied One Connect cable is too short for me to mount it on the wall.

Does anyone have any more information on when a 5 metre cable for 2021 models will be available?

Samsung VG-SOCA05/XC  5m/10m  One Near-Invisible Cable One Connect / One Near-Invisible cable for 2021 QN95A, QN800A and QN900A only.

I would suggest to contact Samsung Support as I am waiting for details over a month .... More pressure is needed to get Samsung to reply.
