Hi!
Hopefully someone here ran into the same issue and can help me out. I'm running steamlink app on my series 6 samsung tv (UE55KU6075U) and using a logitech wireless rumblepad. The gamepad has a usb connection to an IR receiver.
Everything seems to work fine, i can control the menus, games etc, but occasionally the Support menu with "Self diagnosis" selected would pop up on the tv. I can exit out of it and all, but it covers the game. Kinda makes it unplayable.
Anyone have a clue how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated.
