Hi @Lisa9, can you share a bit more info on this? What is the model of your TV? You can find it on a label on the back of it. Try auto-tuning your channels: Menu > Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning Settings > Start > Select your aerial and channel type > Scan > Close.
