Live TV source disappearing on QE50Q65T (2020) QLED HDR

I’ve only had this TV a week and the live TV source has disappeared twice.

I got it back by re-running the channel detection part of setup. It was fine for a few days and now it’s gone again from the list of sources. Samsung TV Plus and a few other sources are there but not the channels detected on my sat dish input.

I can’t see what I could have done to cause this but I’m not ruling out user error. Is this a common problem or is there something I could be doing to cause it?

Did you select the 'Satellite' option when setting up the TV?

Yes, it was fine for a few days.

Do you receive any kind of error message on your screen? Also, can we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Hi, no, no error. The only sign of a problem was that Live TV was gone and only Samsung TV Plus was left.

Software version shows as T-NKLDEUC-1402.4,BT - S
