I’ve only had this TV a week and the live TV source has disappeared twice.
I got it back by re-running the channel detection part of setup. It was fine for a few days and now it’s gone again from the list of sources. Samsung TV Plus and a few other sources are there but not the channels detected on my sat dish input.
I can’t see what I could have done to cause this but I’m not ruling out user error. Is this a common problem or is there something I could be doing to cause it?

Do you receive any kind of error message on your screen? Also, can we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
Hi, no, no error. The only sign of a problem was that Live TV was gone and only Samsung TV Plus was left.
