My 8000 series tv has always been fine with the full complement of live tv channels including all the freeview channels. Now suddenly I cannot get any live tv channels and the few freeview that I do, seem to get interference so that the picture pixelates whenever any-one walks infront of it. I have done numerous channel scans and I get 0 analogue, 0 digital and only the tv plus channels (which are no-use at all)! I have connected another tv into the aerial lead and that does receive the terrestrial channels. Could the One Connect unit be faulty?
Can any-one throw light on this please?
I am having the exact same issue and haven't been able to find any solution.
Have the exact issue on a BU8000 seems to be a common issue on Samsung TVs from searching around.
Given up trying fix it think I may just return the telly and avoid Samsung in the future
I called Samsung and they troubleshooted the issue remotely and concluded it was the aerial cable. Surprisingly I ended up jiggling in and then I was able to scan again and all the channels came back!
So do try that even if you already have.
