You appear to be using an app (Duplex Play) to view live TV. The last screen tells you your activation has expired and needs payment. You need to pay Duplex Play.

@Deiffallah      Apparently this used to be a Free Service, however now a small fee is required after 7 day trial period.  http://www.duplexplay.com/  Indeed payment needs to be made before the channels will work again via this app.
