Hi everybody,
Since a few days I had lipsync issues with my UE55NU7179UXZG (the sound comes about half a second before the picture).
I had this TV for about a year now and this never happened before.
The issue happens with every source, normal TV as well as Netflix, YouTube etc.
I have a soundbar connected (Bose Solo 5), but this happens with both the soundbar and the TV speakers.
What I tried so far:
-Factory reset (seemed to fix the problem, but only for a short time)
-Playing around with the sound delay settings (only makes it worse, because the sound comes before the picture and for some reason there is no negative setting)
-Activating and deactivating motion plus (read that somewhere on the internet, didn't work)
-Switching sound to pcm, didn't work
-Updating the firmware, already is the newest one (I think the newest firmware might have caused this problem in the first place)
Any more ideas? This is incredibly annoying as this TV worked perfectly until now and I don't want to fiddle around in the service menu.
