I’ve recently started having issues with the screen on my QE55Q9FNA. It is solved temporarily by either turning off the one connect box completly or removing the wire from the back of the tv but it always returns after varying amounts of time. Has anyone else had this issue, and how was it resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

if this stopped when the One Connect Box get disconnect it may be down to a port/connectivity issue. To get this looked at and the issue sorted please do get in touch with our Support line. If you are based in the UK you can reach them on 0333-000-0333.
