Lines on screen

I've just opened my new tv and it has faint lines on the screen. Is there anything I can do to resolve or is the screen faulty?

If it was mine I'd return it for a replacement or refund, it's brand new..

I dont know what type of samaung tv you have, but if yours is the one with the 'one connect box', make sure the connection wire is in properly 🙂
