Hello,
I’ve had my Samsung frame tv for less than a year, switched on this morning and green lines across the bottom of the screen and a blurry bar across the top.
definitely worse in HD than non HD and any steaming services it has a blurry line at the top and bottom.
Any ideas? Or is it looking like a replacement?!

@GS2873: Is the green line and bar visible on all channels and sources? If you head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, are the issues present in the sample image? If so, try powering off the TV and unplug it at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on to see if the issue persists. Also, disconnect all external devices from the back of the set, just in case the problem is stemming from a faulty connection.
