Led reflectors repair

I bought a Samsung Television when I lived in Asia. When I returned to live in the UK I brought the TV with me, it's 5 years old. I have a small fault with the TV and have asked a local tecnican for a repair. He has informed me that led reflectors have detached from the strip. I have given him my TV number and he has informed me that he does not recognised the number, I have spoken to Samsung and they have also been unable to give me support, any suggestions other than buying a new TV.

Tv no is UA55JU6600. I was given a phone number by Samsung Support 100 miles from my home as a Samsung repair centre and after I phoned them they informed me that they had told Samsung, several years ago that they had stopped doing television repairs but had been continually ignore by Samsung. They also told me that Led reflectors detaching from the strip was a problem that Samsung had known about when they sold me the television.
