Last firmware update 1310.4 and youtube resolution

Hello,

Yesterday I updated my 55q7fn 2018 to the latest firmware available 1310.4 and Youtube app cannot reproduce videos at 2k or 4k. Before the update this was working fine.

Whant can we do? I've reinsalled the app and I've seen other users with the same problem with this new firmware.

Samsung support is not user friendly it is a fact.

Hello,

Today I can see a new firmware update after a year but I'm not sure if this new version will solve our problems:

• Versión 1320.4 
• 1334.14 MB
• 2021-09-16

I don't know what is the change log for this version.

We'll need to try it and see... does anyone done it?

It has been a while since I wanted to write, the problem with version 1310 seems to have improved considerably but has not been solved yet, the 4K videos automatically start at maximum quality, after a few minutes they freeze but then restart.

I'm not seeing any update yet, checked today and still on 1310.4. where are you and which TV do you have?

I've installed the last version and now it looks like YT app is working at 4k... But during the last year sometimes it worked... so let's wait for some days and tests to confirm if this firmware solves the issue.
