I have been getting this pop up nonstop on my Samsung Q9 for the past 4 months. I have called Samsung and gone through a few trouble shooting steps to no avail. My TV is connect wirelessly and there is nothing in the LAN port. The last attempt that was made was to send an update to my TV, which they emailed me. I had to go out and buy a thumb drive and download the update on to it and then load it into the TV. The TV says the the file is empty. This is a very expensive TV and it's been unwatchable for a large portion of the time I've owned it. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I've spent hours on the phone trying to fix it.

Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
