Been loving my big telly for about six months with no apparent faults. Last night I noticed that it performed a software update. Tonight it jumped unannounced out of Netflix onto terestrial tv and there it remains stuck on ITV. Have done all the usual switch on and off stuff and changed the remote batteries. Please help, anyone?
