Hello I've recently Joined. I've got a Samsung UE55 KS9000 tv 2016 model I don't use it everyday when I first put My tv on the wall the tv would not work with the smart remote or the normal remote spoke with Samsung who told me to position it different way as it on a swing arm bracket and it worked but the last month it seem to playing up again I've got another one connect box that been formatted to work with my TV But the same issue still there any help would-be great thank you.
