KS7000 2016 - Roku Premiere doesn't detect as 4K 60hz capable

I just bought a Roku Premiere as the inbuilt Disney+ app on the KS7000 doesn't work properly and does not detect the screen as being 4K capable.

The Roku Premiere if left in display auto-detect mode does not identify the tv as being 4K 60hz capable. As such its Netflix app won't show titles in 4K. If however I forced the Roku to output at 4K 60hz then the TV displays the picture just fine (as it is of course capable of that) and the Netflix app works. Frustratingly however the Roku Premiere will reset to auto-detect unless I use a secret menu to turn off a auto recovery option, which feels a little risky.

It seems to me therefore that the 2016 KS7000 isn't properly identifying itself as being 4K HDR capable and as such certain devices and apps don't work correctly with it.

Can anyone from Samsung comment on this and raise the relevant support ticket for it please?
