Jumping picture au7100

Hi there 

I have au7100 58 inch I've got it connected to Sky Q and when I go to the apps like Netflix,Disney plus and prime the picture really judder I just can't seem to get the right judder settings as their is no blur reduction either I've even got judder reduction turned on my sky q box I don't know if I'm missing something I've even tried the Internet as well samsung need to sort something out.
