JU6400 Disney+

Thanks for reading my post 

I have a 48" JU6400 TV. I am unable to find the Disney+ app through my app store. I am running the latest firmware on my TV

I can find Disnylife - but that seems to loop me back to Disney+ signup. I have checked the supported device list and my TV is listed. Anyone got Disney+ working on this TV

We really hate to disappoint our customers but we're afraid that your TV is a 2015 model and is not compatible with the Disney+ app. This is only available on 2016 to 2020 models of TV.

The answer is *****, because that tv sold in 2016 and 2017, the system it is 2015 but the update  its more recent! i dont understand nothings, thanks samsung!

If you go to the help bit of  Disney+ there is a supported device list and says TV  running Tizen operating system is supported after 2015 - Samsung could you explain why this is not supported. My workaround is buying a Amazon Firestick
