I wonder if you could help me with a query. I currently have a Samsung J5 and a Samsung LT32E390S Smart TV, and with these two devices I use screen mirroring daily. However today they will not connect.
They are both connected to the same wireless network and both can see each other, however after a few seconds of "connecting" (a message box appears on the TV screen mentioning the J5), I get a message saying "Failed to connect to device via smart view". I have tried it through the screen mirroring option on the TV and also through the Menu>Network route.
My phone has not had a software update in over a month and I really can't understand what has happened.
