Itv hub not working (LT32E390S)

ITV hub has not been working on my Samsung smart tv for a few months now. I have re downloaded the app, refreshed the app with updates. Version of the tv is up to date (version 1570). It works for 2mins then buffers then works for about 20 seconds and then buffers to different frames every few seconds with no sound? Why is this happening? Can you please assist?

Make sure you are in
Tv mode rather than
Smart Hub mode

Check Wi-Fi connections signal

Check updates

Thank you, so basically need an aerial? Bit disappointing for the tv!

Do you get buffering issues with any other apps or just ITV? It may be entirely possible that your TV can no longer cope with ITV's streaming algorithm in it's highest available resolution. Check in the ITV app for settings and see if you can reduce the stream quality and see if that helps. If not you are probably out of luck here since Samsung cannot control what ITV do with their app and streaming service. So short of contacting ITV about this, you may need to stream to the TV from a tablet or phone in future for their content
