Today we have an ISP and follow the block of IP 17.0/2, all Samsung brand, cannot accept the terms. our ip must be blocked on your servers, kindly venomous that someone from the support can give this help. our ASN IP block.

We don't have a facility to unblock IP addresses via this platform. Please can you let me know where you are based, and can you also let me know what happens when you try to access Samsung services online?
