We just bought two new The Frame TV's, one 65" and another 85". After a few days of watching the big screen in the living room we found that any dark scene is cluttered with a lot of glowing white spots, as I tried to visualise with the photo below.
I know it's not an OLED, but given any dark-er movie is almost unwatchable, is it supposed to be like this? The 65" is not as bad as the bigger one, hence my question.

Thanks for your input. After having both the store Support, and the Samsung Support confirm over the phone that this is not normal, and that it's a fabrication error I am still not able to get this TV replaced.
Answer from samsung (after 5 separate calls I asked to get it in writing):
"The technician only applies for a complaint if it is not possible to repair the product / the product has been serviced several times. As clouding is not covered by the warranty, this is something that will probably not happen."
So even though it's been confirmed to be a fabrication issue it does not look like I'll manage to get this €3k TV replaced with a working one..
Any idea's? (Living in Sweden)
