I got a Samsung 43 crystal uhd 4k and it’s amazing but just wanted to know if this was normal. The power plug prong fits sooo loosely. Normally prongs push right in there and fit securely but you can only really get the tip of the prong in and the tv works but it feels so loose a small tug could pull it out. Is this normal? Lol I actually thought I was putting it in wrong at first because I couldn’t get it to push into place more firmly.

no mains plug should EVER be loose in a socket. it's HIGHLY DANGEROUS as it can cause sparking, carbon build up, socket/plug to heat up. This could lead to failure or even fire. Check another plug in the socket to see if it is loose. if it is then have the socket replaced. if it is not and the TV plug is a loose fit contact your supplier/Samsung for a replacement. depending on the country you live in you should report the plug issue to trading standards/health and safety or whichever organisation monitors electrical safety of appliances

Maybe I worded this wrong, it’s not really loose it’s more like the holes in the power plug can’t push very far in
