I have 3m to my tv. Is 58” to small or does it work? I’m thinking of going up in size but I think I have to go up very high in price. Because you will se every little imperfections.

Hi @Gaspo1 , obviously larger TV's more expensive and depends if the customer considered potential dividend to be worthwhile. I assume you are taking about UHD where you need to be a bit closer for optimal benefit or consider a larger set. Though depends also on your experience with UHD content, however for the vest experience according to this guide the best bet would be 70" upwards. 8.75 ft is 2.667 metres, 9.4 ft 2.865 metres and 10 ft 3.048 metres. https://www.crutchfield.ca/S-EG6P6ulGZCM/learn/learningcenter/home/TV_placement.html can also see this chart here: https://audiovisualherts.co.uk/guides/what-tv-size

Thx for your´re reply. Whow 70". Im thinking like this. You have to go up in quality also. Becasue a low/medium end 65/70" will not be nice to se all banding/ghosting/etc. Lets say you buy a Q60T tv in that size and compared to Q80T,Q90T is a huge difference when you sit as near as 3m. I hope you understaand what i mean. I mean that you have to go up in model range to get a good qality picture. I have a friend that have a RU8000 65". And i think the picure is horrible on that one. I found this on Panasonic homepage: https://www.panasonic.com/uk/consumer/televisions-learn/televisions/advice-and-information-for-buyin...

@Gaspo1 yes I understand perfectly, imagine you will need better quality on Tv of that size and ideally you want some future proofing. It will not be the same standard on lower end/mid range sets.
