First time poster located in Australia.
My parents recently purchased a Samsung TV, modal QA55Q60TAWXXY and cannot view their IPTV subscription.
Prior to this they use to to stream their IPTV subscription via a MAG box.
We have downloaded the Net IPTV app as suggested by their customer service, have entered our MAC address and updated our play list but cannot get past the page that is attached. We have a paid subscription till the end of the year.
This is very frustrating, has this happened to anyone before? Any help would be appreciated.
